Aku pun membuka emailku yang dah beberapa hari ga kubuka selama perjalananku dari samarinda ke jakarta. Hmhm… karena acara masih break, daripada bosen n ngantuk (maklum, sampe malem) mending browsing.. right?
Email pun kubuka. Setelah puas baca2, aku sign off. Tapi gak lama kuputuskan untuk sign in kmbali ke email yahoo-ku tadi.
Upsss… apa yang terjadi??? Emailku ga bisa kubuka!! Katanya passwordnya salah! Padahal aku ga pernah ganti tu password smenjak sign off barusan.. Kucoba pake pengenalan data diri buat ngereset password pun ga bisa! Panik?? Iya..! Tapi gak lama kepanikanku dah rada reda mengingat kepanikan tidak membuahkan solusi.
Setelah berulang kali mencoba dan ternyata masih ga bisa juga. Akhirnya Sabtu pagi aku memutuskan untuk mengirimkan email ke customer servicenya Yahoo.. Tanpa kamus, dengan apa adanya aku buat sebuah email berbahasa Inggris ke Yahoo..

Dua hari kemudian..sesampainya aku di meja kerjaku,aku buka email baruku (di Yahoo juga) yang kugunakan untuk mengirim pesan ke CS-nya Yahoo tadi.. Tapi sebelumnya, aku dah nyoba masuk ke email yang sebelumnya trouble, ke-lock ga bisa kebuka itu. Dan… alhamdulillah dah bisa sign in ^_^
Kubuka pesan yang berasal dari CS Yahoo. Hoho..ternyata mereka masih mengerti isi emailku meski Englishnya berantakan ya…

Hehe..karena emailku dah bisa kebuka..mangkanya aku ga terlalu serius banget baca email balesannya.. Yah..intinya mah, mereka dah baikin emailku..dan skrng dah bisa aku pake lagi.
Alhamdulillah… perasaan lega bgt email dah balik. Soalnya gimana ya..sperti yg dah ak ungkapkan d emailku ke Yahoo, tuh email andalanku bgt semenjak aku mengenal dunia internet. Klo sampe ilang.. innalillahi… ckckck.. ya gpp sehh..
paling harus bikin email baru, masukkin phone book baru yg sblmnya pasti dah ada ratusan..trus krm kbr k tmn2 klo emailku ganti.. gabung ke milis2 lagi.. mmbuang milis kantor krna dsitu aku single moderator (klo moderatornya aja emailnya ke block, brarti tuh milis ga bisa nambah2 orang lg dunk??). Haha..ribet yak??
Satu hal yang aku ambil hikmah dari peristiwa ini..aku belajar untuk ga panik klo ada masalah..
Yup, pelajaran yang aku dapatkan dari seorang atasanku ketika beberapa hari sebelumnya aku panik bgt karena ada msalah dgn tugasku ke Jakarta..
Saat itu beliau hanya bilang sambil tersenyum: “Gitu aja panik..gampang, tinggal ubah ST n tiket pulangnya aja kan?”.
Pikirku: “Justru ituuu….” sambil panik dalam hati krna wkt itu dah sore n bsk pagi dah harus take off dr samarinda. Tapi ga lama aku nyadar: “Iya ya..gitu aja kok panik.. ;p ”
Sungguh saran yang simple, tapi cukup membuat rasa panikku merada..
